Very nice layout Charlotte, the only thing is you may want to list some sort of objective if you have one. Also may want to just add the meat of your experience instead of all that text, helps not only in the guy reading it would not need to read a whole bunch of text but it can make room to put other stiff on your resume. Other then that looks great, like the web at the top. I'm guess its a reference to Charlotte's web?
i LOVE where you are going with the whole "Web" concept. It works on several levels - with "Charlotte's Web" and as a Web Designer!

Your resume looks good for a first stab. You definitely want to separate the experience into individual jobs, where those jobs were located, what your title was, and how long you worked there. Then follow that with those action, high energy achievements you made during your time with that company.
We will work on the design of all your materials later, right now we're focusing on your content. It would probably help just to post the text of your resume in a blog post (it will be easier to edit and revise that way!).
Make sure you spell checking! I caught a few errors - thats definitely something you'd should triple check for before sending out to companies or schools.
