More Job Hunting Sites
I tried nj.com, Craigslist, and Monster.com in addition to using CareerBuilder. I didn't know about Craigslist and Monster.com until now. I can see these sites as being useful for more than job hunting and found them easy to navigate towards the job market. I found Monster.com easier to navigate than Craigslist.
I enjoyed the local search on nj.com, but found they listed jobs that were only remotely connected to keywords. The nationwide search from nj.com was also far more broad that my keywords. There were plenty of positions for engineers, under the Website Design keywords.
Craigslist and Monster.com are worth another trip. Craigslist is most efficient if you know where you want to work. Monster.com was nice so I could see where there is a market for the position I of interest. CareerBuilder was also easy to use and I liked the focus being available jobs.
